No, these systems are perfect for condos, apartments, businesses, and especially the "Do It  Yourselfer.

What about programming?

We can program the alarm system for you over the phone, and we also give you all the programming books so you can program it yourself. It is VERY easy. The access code is then changed to a random number we give you to prevent unauthorized entry.

Do I have to sign a monitoring contract?

NO! Monitoring is optional with AVSS. We offer only month to month monitoring.

You still get first class service.

 With AVSS you are talking to a live operator within 2 rings, rather than the LONG hold times of other companies that you have to marry.

What Happens if the phone line gets cut?

The heart of any monitored security system (THE PHONE LINE) is out of the protected area.    Our systems have the option in programming to monitor the phone line. When the phone line is cut the system can sound a siren, make a noise at the keypad,  or activate a cellular back up unit where cellular is available.

How can you Program my system over the phone?

Every modern alarm system can be programmed over the phone. There is a special code to prevent unauthorized entry.   

Most alarm companies make each panel they monitor have the same number for easier service. 

We use that number to access your system and reprogram it, then change it to a random number that we give you.
